Inspired by Andy Warhol’s flower prints and the art of screen printing, this series of prints celebrates the joy of colour. Bold, flattened shapes and vibrant, contrasting palettes give each daisy a graphic intensity that both honors and reinvents the pop-art tradition. Layered inks, subtle registration shifts and rich texture recall the tactile, handcrafted qualities of screen printing while delivering a modern, playful aesthetic.

Daisies, the subject of these works, carry meanings of innocence, purity, new beginnings, true love and cheerfulness. Their name comes from the Old English dægesēage, “day’s eye,” a reference to the petals opening at dawn and closing at dusk—an emblem of renewal and the cycle of light.

These prints invite a moment of brightness: a simple, familiar bloom rendered as a vivid celebration of colour, contrast and optimism.
